What kinds of dyes do you use?

Fabrics are dyed using 100% vegan plant dyes.

Where are the scarves and bags made?

All products are hand dyed and sewn in small batches in London.

How should I care for my scarf?

Gently handwash your scarf using a natural washing detergent. Hang up to drip dry then iron to bring back the lustre. Store out of sunlight. Be careful when wearing jewellery, as the bamboo fabric is as delicate as silk and may snag on sharp or rough objects.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All the major credit cards as well as direct PayPal account payments are accepted.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We offer wholesale pricing on some products. Please contact us to request details.

What is your exchange / returns policy?

You may return any unused items for refund or exchange. You must notify us of your intention to return items within 7 working days days of receipt of your order (use the contact form to send us an email). Refunds and exchanges will only be granted if items are returned in unused resellable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of any items and we recommend sending packages tracked and with insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages returned to us. Upon receipt of any returned items, we will refund you the full amount you paid (excluding postage & packaging costs) within 30 days. Please note that custom made items are exempt from the returns policy and all sales are final.

When will you dispatch my items?

All items will be dispatched from England within 5-7 working days, although usually much sooner.

How much does shipping cost?

UK delivery is free. To calculate internation shipping, add items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and select your country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but please note that we are not responsible for any custom fees incurred. Items are sent via Airsure wherever possible, or via "Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets" if Airsure is not available to your country.
